Pilates with Pam: Join Pam for a fun, high-energy but low impact hour! Focusing on the techniques of Joseph Pilates, and building on them to create a full body workout including stretching, abs, back, legs, and arms by using your own body as resistance as well as weights. This class is fast paced with fun music, but is a great class for beginners to advanced.
Stability Ball Pilates with Pam: All the fun of mat Pilates while using an exercise ball. The ball allows for greater flexibility and increases the core workout for standard exercises. This class is fast paced and high energy, but is a great first step toward Pilates, due to the slightly less difficult variations of some traditional Pilates exercises
