FITNESS CLUB
Cardio/Aerobics Class Instructor:(Currently Power Body Pump)
Mon/Weds/Fri 7:30-8:30 p.m.
The current class is a full body aerobic workout focusing on individual muscle toning, but specific class details are up to instructor (with management approval). Instructor will be expected to design class around cardio/aerobic principles as well as vary classes to avoid repetitive workouts. Full sets of hand weights, mats, stability balls and toning tubing are provided.
